Energy Portfolios Manager Ltd (EPM) manages the daily Operations of OPL 905 on behalf of the Operator, Gas Transmission and Power Limited until start up of production operations. The block was awarded to GTPL in the 2006 License round and located in the Anambra Basin. There are presently two gas and condensate discoveries on the lease and preliminary evaluation indicates producible gas reserves volumes in excess of 1.5 TCF. The gas is quite wet and would have considerable condensates production.

We are willing on behalf of Gas Transmission and Power Limited to open negotiations with firms that requires proven and available gas feedstock for Industrial consumption (Cement Manufactures), Independent Power Producers, LNG and NGL's respectively.

We are currently in discussion with a new Indigenous Operator to manage with gas discovery near a industrial location to Project Manage their exploration and production operations to enable an efficient development of the field and quick utilization of their gas reserves.

PROMOTE PROVED AND UNDEVELOPED DISCOVERIES

Energy Portfolios Manager Ltd. also promotes several upstream gas discoveries on open leases in several locations around Nigeria. In a few cases, these gas reserves are currently been flared on producing fields or as wet gases supplied to industrial locations. Reserves on these fields are in the range of 30 BCF - 500 BCF.

These gas fields are close to industrial and large population centers and can be developed to serve large commercial interest in a profitable business at these localities. We have developed businesses that have the potentials to create value for available upstream gases including the following:

Turbine Drives Limited

Turbine Drives Limited is an indigenous Electrical Power and Engineering firm with a focus to drive investments and partnerships in Hydro and Thermal power generation. Turbine Drive Limited is a new start-up Electricity Generating Company with a primary focus on the provision, installation and operation of hydro-electrical and gas driven turbines for the purpose of generating electric power in Nigeria.

In recent times, there has been legislation supporting Independent Power Generation from private enterprise and competition with state owned companies allowed. New laws have made it possible to negotiate Power Purchase Agreements as a pre-requisite to guarantee payments for bulk electricity produced in country.

Turbine Drive is currently negotiating a Concession agreement to rehabilitate and manage Hydro electric dams in Nigeria from the Federal Government. Additionally we are in discussions with gas producers to utilize their produced gas as feedstock for our proposed IPP. Our envisaged installation capacities would range from 10 - 100MW of electricity.

NGL Processing Solution Ltd

NGL Processing Solution Ltd seeks to own and operate gas gathering flow lines, storage and fractionating units, metering and sales of processed natural gas for domestic and industrial utilization.

We would also operate natural gas processing plants in order to process flared and associated well head gases during oil and gas production activities. Together with Operators, we seek to operate and promote production of stand-alone gas and condensate fields by investors and partners using modern day technology to achieve results. Finally, we would market the by-products of the plant such as dry gas, propane, butane and condensates to domestic and industrial outfits.
